Corner Deli is the brainchild of chefs Ben McShane and Matt Kuhnemann, co-owners of the Clarence Restaurant. The duo has gone to great lengths to ensure that their sandwiches, soups, and sides are made with only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. They've sourced the cold cuts from Saison Small Goods and bake their own bread fresh each day, ensuring that every sandwich is a mouthwatering experience.

The menu at Corner Deli is a mix of breakfast and lunch eats, starting with breakfast muffins boasting house-made bacon and green bean chutney and sausage with fried egg, served alongside congee, bircher muesli, and Bancroft Roasters coffee. For lunch, they a mix of cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches, each with its own South East Queensland twist. Whether you're in the mood for a classic deli roll with meats from Saison Salumi and pickled chili mayo or something hotter like their Reuben made with wild-shot venison pastrami from Fair Game, Corner Deli has something for everyone.
