What was once the former space of Bar Spritz, is now Joey’s; the newest Restaurant sitting atop the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Boasting an impressive aspect featuring 180° views, spanning Brisbane's historic Botanic Gardens and City Skyline, Joey's is the perfect destination to sit back, relax and view Brisbane.

The space has had a total overhaul, with the design inspired by the quintessential Queenslander buildings in the surrounding suburbs, while also taking inspiration from European Summers abroad. The space as we now know it, was brought to life and given it’s charming character by the combined efforts of “Inspired Built” and “The Retail Designers”. Former HSW Creative Director, Kara Hynes has led the branding of the venue and creative vision of the space, bringing a fresh perspective to the Brisbane restaurant scene. Surrounded by weatherboard exteriors, the light bright interiors feature an elevated deck dining area, playful colour palette with custom made lighting in rattan and alabaster stone.

Whether it's a quick morning coffee, a Sunday brunch, the ultimate long lunch or a romantic date night, Joey's has everyone feeling at home. The Kitchen is led by former Cru Bar Executive Chef, Jason Walker, showcasing fresh and locally sourced produce designed to be shared. Seafood plays its part with Joey’s iconic Prawn Sandwich, signature Kingfish Tacos and fresh local Fish of the Day. Upon entry the custom built wood fired pizza oven is sure to catch your eye, as it serves up traditional favourites and new flavours.

The Wine list has been carefully curated by Judy Hirst Award Winner, Australian Sommelier of the Year, Ian Trinkle. Boasting an extensive selection of Rosé, with a focus on modern varietals and undiscovered labels. Joey’s signature Cocktails feature the much loved flavours of Queensland with fresh and considered combinations. Joey's is a fresh, approachable Restaurant & Bar that provides Brisbane with a quality, relaxed, unique dining experience. This new cliff side riverfront spot is sure to be a crowd favourite.
